These terms govern your use of Gradovate. They're written in plain English because you shouldn't need a lawyer to understand how a study tool works.
Gradovate is an AI-powered academic analysis tool. We provide study recommendations based on your grade data, assignment schedules, and curriculum standards. We are not a school, a tutor, or a licensed academic advisor. Our recommendations are suggestions — always follow your teacher's guidance first.
You access Gradovate through your school's ClassLink SSO. You don't create a separate account with us. You're responsible for keeping your school credentials secure. If you believe someone has accessed Gradovate using your credentials without your permission, contact your school's IT department and let us know at hello@gradovate.com.
Our AI analyzes your grades and assignments to generate study recommendations. These recommendations are based on the data available to us and are not guarantees of academic outcomes. A study plan that says "you need a 68 to keep your A" is a mathematical estimate, not a promise. Your teacher's grading policies, extra credit, and other factors may affect your actual results.
Use Gradovate to study smarter. Don't use it to harass other students, cheat, or violate your school's academic integrity policies. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models, scrape our service, or use automated tools to access Gradovate in ways it wasn't designed for. Don't share your AI-generated study plans in ways that misrepresent them as official school guidance.
Gradovate is currently in beta. We're working hard to keep things running smoothly, but we may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues. We'll do our best to minimize disruptions, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Don't rely on Gradovate as your only source of academic information.
Gradovate's design, code, brand, and AI models are owned by Gradovate. Your academic data — your grades, your assignments, your study plans — remains yours. We don't claim any ownership over your educational information.
Gradovate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for academic outcomes, missed assignments, or grade changes that result from following or not following our recommendations. Use Gradovate as one tool in your academic toolkit, not the only one.
We may update these terms as Gradovate evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app. Continued use of Gradovate after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
